Pay Rent
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to set up your account and make your online rent payments. To begin, go to "Pay Rent" in the navigation. Click on the "Pay Rent" button.
Step One: Click on the "Create new account" button as displayed above.
Step Two: On the next page, enter your first name, last name, and the property you live at (Metro Apartments at Bethalto). Click continue. Enter your apartment number.
RDC-Unit Number = Rou Des Chateaux
RSS-Unit Number = Rue Sans Souci
SP-Unit Number = South Prairie St.
NOTE: Be sure to enter your name as it appears on your lease.
Enter your email address (same as provided in Step Three:lease) and your phone number.
Step Four: After submitting, you will see this dialogue. Now, go to your inbox.
Step Five: Check your inbox for a message from manager@rentbethalto.com. Open the email and click on "Reset Password."
Step Six: Enter your email address and create a new password using upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and a symbol. Confirm your new password. This will be the email and password you will use to log into your account in the future.
Step Seven: You have now entered your account where you can make your online payment. Please review the charges and choose your method of payment.
